The EntreComp defines entrepreneurship as: "The capacity to act upon opportunities and ideas, and transform them into value for others. The value that is created can be financial, cultural or social".

Ideas and opportunities competences: Creativity - Develop creative and purposeful ideas. Ethical and sustainable thinking - Assess the consequences and impact of ideas, opportunities and actions. Spotting opportunities - Use your imagination and abilities to identify opportunities for creating value. Valuing ideas - Make the most of ideas and opportunities. Vision - Work towards your vision of the future.

Resources competences: Financial and economic literacy - Develop financial and economic knowhow. Mobilising others - Inspire, engage and get others on board. Mobilising resources - Get and manage the resources you need. Motivation and perseverance - Stay focused and don't give up. Selfawareness and selfefficacy - Believe in yourself and keep developing.

Serendipity a platform to discover and visualize OER from around the world

Serendipity is a faceted search engine based on Semantic Web Technologies. Moving towards a Web of Linked Data (LD), Serendipity provides a service that enables faceted exploration of large OER collections. The user, when presented with the facets, is likely to discover new facets of the query that they were not aware of before. When clicking on a facet, they will narrow down their search by expanding the original query with the suggested facet. In this way, the user get more accurate and complete results, since it locates OER using different metadata and data elements, providing the user with visible options that help clarify and refine the queries.
